Whether you're hammering through alpine weather or tackling shoulder-season commutes, the Element Pant is your ultimate shield. Designed for riders who don’t back down from a little wind or cold, this lightweight, wind-resistant shell keeps you mobile through it all. Layer it over a liner for cool-weather comfort, or rock it solo when you want a laid-back cargo pant around town.

With a streamlined fit, reinforced articulated knees, and stretch fabric, the Element is built to move, flex, and breathe with you. It rides tough and transitions seamlessly from saddle time to town time. And yes, it’s got pockets, because you’ve got gear and snacks to stash.

Key Features:

  • Weather-Resistant Shell – Wind Resistant fabric keeps you protected in changing conditions
  • Stretch Performance Fabric – Moves with you on the bike, not against you
  • Articulated Knees – Shaped for natural pedaling position and durability where it matters
  • Zippered Pockets – Secure storage for essentials on the trail or in town

Why You’ll Love It:
The Element Pant is your go-to outer layer when weather rolls in or the day calls for a little extra protection. Lightweight enough to wear all day, tough enough for back-to-back trail missions, and stylish enough to wear straight to the brewery, this pant covers all the bases. Sustainable materials, thoughtful bike-friendly features, and a design that doesn’t scream “bike gear” make it an instant classic in your kit.

I love these pants.

I love these pants so much from the minute I put them on. They fit great, they look great, comfy while riding, and nicely wind proof on a chilly day. I went back on the site to order more but looks like everything is sold out!
5'4" and 120lbs, size small fits perfect.

I wore these pants for the first time at a mtb certification class and they were perfect

I wore these pants for the first time at a mtb certification class and they were perfect. I had pockets for my documentation and phone and they didn't feel like they were in the way. I love the zippers at the bottom too.

Fit Comments: These really need adjustable tabs in the waist like the Eden shorts I love. I am generally a medium but these were a little big and hang on my hips, but I don't think I would want a small.

Great product!

I ordered these pants for my cooler weather commutes, and so far they are working as advertised. I was a little disappointed to realize that they don't have the adjustable velcro tabs on the waist like my Eden shorts do, so they hang a little lower than I would like. Otherwise they are a great product!

Nice

Looking forward to having these pants for my colder weather biking trips! I haven't worn them to bike yet, but I have worn them around the house! They are nice - made from quality materials. They fit differently than other Club Ride pants, I am usually a small but in this the medium fits tightly at the waist. The zipper / button at the crotch is also "backwards"

Great pants on and off bike

I love these pants and wish there were more colors to buy! Comfortable, attractive, durable, and great pockets for stowing stuff and easy access. They are a bit loose but with bike tights under, perfect.

Not for me

These pants were well made and i liked the feel of fabric but the cargo pockets just didn’t fit my leg well. The flap made the pocket too stiff making the fabric stick out parallel to my leg. So, I returned them.

My favorite pants ever!

I want these in more colors, please. They fit perfectly, move well while riding, and I even wear them out to dinner (the black pair...so fancy).

Long time customer

I ordered these pants and some shorts recently. I’ve been wearing size small Club Ride pants and shorts for many years. When they arrived they were too small. I laid out my existing pants over my new pair. They are a little over 2” smaller in the waist. I returned shorts and pants for size medium. They fit perfectly in the waist but the thigh’s are a bit baggy. It’s sad that CR has changed their sizing.

Biking and Hiking

I've used these pants for a few months now on several rides and a few hikes where I knew it would rain. They are great at repelling rain and move well. I probably should have ordered a small, but would rather a bit too big than a bit too small. Good looking too!

Back is too short

I give up on club ride bottoms. The low back area should come up higher on a bike pant, and none of the club ride bottoms I have tried have this bike-specific coverage. It’s like their bottoms aren’t meant for biking. Club ride tops are great, bottoms are useless.

In Between Sizes

Ordered XS as my measurements align with the size chart. The waist was snug causing pants to rise up uncomfortably. Exchanged for a small and they hang down and are a bit baggier. I can wear fleece leggings underneath the small size and still have room around the waist and hips. I am very fit. I ride or weight lift everyday. Not sure how the XS waist is snug when every place else fit. I'm pretty average proportionally.

Just bought the women’s Element tech pant

Love these pants! I am 5’2”, 120 and bought a XS. They fit perfect and are very comfy. I would say you can’t go wrong with Club Ride clothing everything I have bought has been great quality and fit!

Great quality, need petite sizing

Truly never been disappointed with Club Ride clothing. I only wish they could incorporate petite into their women’s sizing. I’m going to keep these pants because they are so nice, even though they really don’t fit my leg.

Great pants but not as warm as I hoped

Someone in a previous post talked about the pants being warm. I would wear them on a 50 degree day but nothing below that, though I tend to run cold. They are fitted without a tremendous amount of stretch so I wouldn't wear them with shorts underneath. The great news they look sharp. They have become my favorite hiking pants. I only mark them as 4 star because I believed they would be warmer!
