How to Return or Exchange

Once in your customer account page select which order has the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
3. Provide us with the reason for your return or exchange.
4. Once completed you will be able to print a return shipping label. A second label will be emailed to the email address you provided in case you have any issues.
5. Ship the product back to us.

Gift Return Policy

International Returns
Club Ride offers returns for refund on international orders within thirty (30) days of the original shipment dates. Club Ride does not offer free return shipping on international orders. Some exclusions apply, please read below for details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items being sent back must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags including Club Ride Apparel hangtags attached. Chamois must be tried on with a garment underneath. Exchange items will ship once the return product has been received & scanned by the shipping provider confirming that it is in transit back to our warehouse. Returns for refund will process within fourteen (14) business days once the product is received by our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange or refund has been processed.

All items marked 60% off or Final sale are not eligible for Returns & Exchanges.
If You Purchased From A Ride Center Location
If you purchased your product from a Club Ride Ride Center location or website other than www.clubrideapparel.com you will need to return/exchange your products through store or website in which the original purchase was made. The retailer you purchased from will be able to assist you in making your return.
