From long days in the shop to high-output rides and loaded hauls, these are your go-to pant when durability and breathability matter most. Designed to handle heavy work days, dust, and hard miles, the Fat Jack blends workwear toughness with technical performance that keeps up when things get intense.

Whether you’re wrenching, commuting on a cargo e-bike, or pushing through rugged singletrack, these pants are made to move. The stretch double-weave fabric is tough yet breathable, shedding light moisture while allowing airflow when you're working hard. Reinforced canvas leg patches stand up to abrasion from tools, terrain, and daily wear.

Built to work hard and ride harder. Side leg pockets double as vents, giving you on-demand airflow during hot efforts, while reflective accents help keep you visible when your day runs long.

Key Features:

  • Stretch, Water-Resistant Double-Weave Fabric – Flexible and protective for all conditions
  • Durable Canvas Leg Patches – Extra reinforcement where you need it most Ventilated
  • Side Leg Pockets – Secure storage or open vents for airflow during hard efforts
  • Reflective Accents – Boost visibility in low-light conditions for added safety
  • Versatile Design – Performs equally well on snow, dirt, or pavement

Why You’ll Love It: The Fat Jack pants are designed to handle whatever you throw at them. The durable fabric moves with you while providing protection against the elements, making these pants as versatile as they are tough. With thoughtful features like ventilated pockets and reflective accents, you get all the performance you need in a stylish, hard-wearing pant.

So, yeah.

These are great pants for when it gets too cold for shorts.
Like another reviewer said, the legs are not tapered enough.
I took mine to a seamstress and had them brought in almost three
Inches.

Great pants.

I’d have given them a 5 star rating if they had some way to cinch down at least the right bottom to keep it from snagging the chain. But they easily clear my winter riding boots and have been great. In addition to normal riding, I’ve done snow rides, raced gravel and raced mtn in them. I Like them so much, I bought 3 pairs.

Fat Jack

Bought my first pair at the Sedona MTB Festival for the snow that year. I now have 3 pair. These are hands down the best riding pants I have had in 30 plus years of off road MTB riding. Hot and cold days both. These are number 1 in comfort and style. They have usable pockets. Garment workmanship and quality is excellent. They last a very long time in hard usage. This is true rugged outdoor bikewear. That you can wear anywhere.

Great Pants to Ride Year Round

I’m a big dude. I wear 38” waste typically. The 2XL fits better for me than the XL for my thighs. The reinforced cuffs are also really nice. I highly recommend these pants!

The Fat Jack pants are comfortable for riding

The Fat Jack pants are comfortable for riding, have convenient pockets, and look good. I was worried that the pants legs would get caught in the bike near the ankles, but so far that hasn’t happened.

These are great

These are great, roomy enough for a thin under layer and comfortable. The waist is "American fit," so a bit roomier than described. I'm usually a medium in bike stuff and the mediums of these fit with a little room to spare. (I wear 33" waist Levis.} The cuff is JUST big enough to fit over my Lake boots. The pockets are really good as well. I have two pairs now, and they're the best fat biking pants I've tried.

Meh

Meh... really not a winter/cold weather past at all. Maybe cool weather at best. Material very thin, hopefully the seat last from saddle rub. Seem to be comfortable and well constructed but should not be sold for cold weather . (cold in my world is riding in temps 15-35 degrees F)

Great fit, sharp look!

These are super comfortable. I had to size up on the waist so my legs would fit because I have the power lifter legs. But I have belts and more than happy to make that trade off. Well made and acceptable in the office,so I have one less thing to pack for rides after work.

Comfortable and good fit

Comfortable and good fit. One caveat, the bottom of the pant legs could use a bit of flare with zippers or elastic so they fit better over large winter riding boots needed to keep feet warm in these arctic conditions lately. Also, sadly, another product made in China!

Favorite winter pants, hands down

I live in these pants in the winter. I'll admit...I don't actually ride in them all that often, preferring tighter options while on the bike. However, they are my go to for hiking, climbing, xc ski, lounging, and consuming beer.

These are absolutely the most comfortable riding pants I’ve ever worn!! I’m hoping they last as long as they seem like they will.
