Pro Application

Welcome to Club Ride’s Pro Program Application. Club Ride's Pro Program is designed to give direct access and communication to qualified members of the outdoor & bike industries, NICA, and industry partners. Application does not guarantee membership to the Pro Program and pro status can be revoked at any time. Once we receive your application please allow up to 5 business days for a response. If you do not hear from our team within that time or have other questions please contact prosales@clubrideapparel.com

Account Login: Please note that the email you apply with must be the email used to login to your account and make pro purchases.  

Shipping: All pro orders will receive our standard $14.95 flat rate shipping. Flat rate shipping gives Pro's the same priority as full price customers for access to limited products and same day fulfillment. 

Exchanges:

Club Ride is proud to lead the industry by offering our pro's the ability to exchange products for a different size or color. To provide this service we do need to pass the cost of restocking fees to you at $2.95, regardless of the number of items exchanged. To exchange items, go to your account page and follow the exchange steps beside the order in question. No returns for credit or refund are accepted.

Product Review: Pro’s feedback is integral to our design evolution and to share experiences and information about products with customers. All pros are expected to review the products they purchase giving high quality feedback to both the brand and other customers.  

Newsletter: Pro's will be automatically added to Club Ride's newsletter for updates on collection releases, events, and pro exclusives.
