El Jefe Bike Giveaway Rules 

Club Ride has teamed up with Revel Bikes, Magura, and Full Speed Ahead for a big bike build giveaway.  For a Revel El Jefe Bike with Components from Magura and Full Speed Ahead

The Rules

  • TO ENTER: Limit one (1) entry per person per giveaway period. Entry must be a valid email. 1 Winner will be chosen June 1st.

  • Winners will be notified via e-mail. Winners have 48 hours to confirm their email and entry before being disqualified. 

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  • ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to individuals at least 18 years old at time of entry. Club Ride Apparel Directors, employees, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, children, grandparent or grandchildren) and/or household members of are ineligible to participate.

  • PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All Prizes subject to availability. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted. Official Winner is solely responsible for any expenses and any other costs not described as part of the prize. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of winners.

  • PUBLICITY/PRIVACY POLICY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes Winners' consent to Club Ride Apparel to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Club Ride, Revel Bikes, Magura, and Full Speed Ahead shall use entrants’ information for internal promotional purposes and reserves the right to transmit said information to associated contest partners.

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS: Club Ride reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Club Ride's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Club Ride. Club Ride reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Club Ride reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Club Ride's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
